The Schuylkill River runs between Kelley Drive (named for famed rower John Kelley) and West River Drive. Driving along at sunset you suddenly see the Strawberry Mansion Bridge burst into fireworks. The sun has forged its steel webbing into sparks and spindles of golden orange.
