We live in a Kindle world where the feel and heft of fine paper escapes our discernment. Yet there is something uniquely human about that tangibility in the whirl of digital ephemera that doesn’t fade with time. An affordable rowing poster inscribed with your teammates’ signatures and imbued with your memories, for example, will accrue in value over time.

BRUSH STROKES Fine Art Rowing Posters must pass our rigorous graphic design strength tests before we launch them on the open river of commerce. Through oil painting, pencil sketching, computer graphics or a combination of techniques, we might generate anywhere from 5 to 50 drafts or iterations of a given design before we feel we’ve nailed it. Our studio is littered with rejected drawings and pixels.

In the process of designing our rowing posters we hope to attain that elusive “flow state” that you know from everyone rowing in synch — the boat just plain moves fast on the water.
